After researching dozens of different Mystery Shopping services and deciding on one that I felt would be a good partner, not vendor, I was approached by Tracy Marsh with the Restaurant Cops. She had gotten wind from somebody that our company was searching for a mystery shop service so she approached me with her services. My mind was already made up with another company but after meeting with Tracy, she convinced me that if I went with her company she would work with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied with her services and she wanted to be that partner, and to just give her a chance. I would just like to state that we are more than satisfied with the services and the results that the Restaurant Cops has provided to our company and consider her a partner. Tracy has been so generous with her time to answer questions, make changes to our program and make sure that all of the reports that we receive are easy to read and understand. She has made it so easy to get a snap shop of our company from the customers view point. I don't think that we really realized the impact that this service would have on our overall operation, service and sales. Restaurant Cops is like having another supervisor in the field. When we first started the program our scores were so low that it was heart breaking. Since then, our company stores, franchise stores, and all the personnel who work in these stores have all embraced this program and are working harder and harder every day to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products, service and cleanliness. We have even incorporated the shopper service into our management bonus structure and low and behold our shopper scores have improved substantially. Restaurant Cops have been extremely easy to do business with and I can't imagine being in this type of business with out the Restaurant Cops. I don't personally endorse anything, but I have no problem endorsing Tracy and her company.

I can't imagine owning and operating a restaurant without using the Restaurant Mystery Shoppers. The information on the reports has proven very beneficial when it comes time to give bonuses to "key" personnel. Pinpointing areas of needed improvement and doing something about it has also been key in improving total customer satisfaction scores.
